We update our adoption page frequently, so check back if you don’t see the right dog for you below. Note: We only adopt to residents of the DC metro area, which includes DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA.
- Weekend dog adoption fairs are held twice a month.
- Applicants are asked to complete a Meet-your-match form in advance.
- We may ask applicants to arrive at the adoption fair at a scheduled time in order to minimize wait times;
- In-person home visits generally will not be performed. In some cases, a video home visit may be done.
