Prince needs a quiet foster home with an experienced cat caretaker who can give him lots of love and reassurance.

PRINCE is such a sweet cat! All he wants is a nice, warm, loving forever home to call his own!

Prince is a big grey and white kitty. He has soft white fur and loves to be brushed. He also loves being petted and purrs up a storm when he sees you, when he’s sitting or lying next to you and just about any time he’s happy and feels loved. Be prepared for a LOUD purr motor!

Prince is very sweet and adores people. However, he is VERY timid with new people and will need time to adapt to a new home. He will probably always shy away from strangers even once he’s settled in his forever home. Prince also needs an adult-only home with no kids now or in the future. He hides when he hears loud noises, but quickly comes out when his foster mom tells him all is well. Prince needs a quiet home with a patient caretaker. Once he feels safe, he’s your loyal, loving companion.

Prince does well most of the time co-existing with the other cat in his foster home named Fluffy. The only time Prince gets nippy at Fluffy is when they are both on the bed with their foster mom relaxing and watching TV. Prince wants all the love and affection he can get from his foster mom and sometimes chases Fluffy off the bed! They otherwise co-exist nicely – sharing their space, hanging out on cat trees looking out the window etc. So Prince may do fine with another cat who isn’t dominant and wants to share space with another cat. But he would also be happy as the only cat where he gets all of the attention!

Prince is a little bit playful when he’s in the mood. His foster mom hears him batting toys around and he likes to kick a catnip filled toy with his back paws.

Prince came into our care after we were contacted by a kind woman who had been feeding him outdoors. She had seen Prince hanging around outside her ground-level apartment and discovered, after talking with neighbors, that Prince use to live in her apartment and was abandoned when the previous tenant moved. Hard to believe a person would be so cruel to just leave this sweet cat outdoors to fend for himself!
