We update our adoption page frequently, so check back if you don’t see the right dog for you below. Note: We only adopt to residents of the DC metro area, which includes DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA.

Weekend dog adoption fairs are held twice a month.
Applicants are asked to complete a Meet-your-match form in advance.
We may ask applicants to arrive at the adoption fair at a scheduled time in order to minimize wait times;
In-person home visits generally will not be performed. In some cases, a video home visit may be done.
