Primary Breed: Chihuahua
General Age: AdultDescription:
My name is Morrison and I am a little cuddle bug full of love. I enjoy going for walks and getting yummy treats and kisses from my foster mom but I’m the happiest when I can just cuddle next to her or curi up on her lap.
Beautiful and playful at the same time, Morrison is one happy dog full of love. He adjusted to his foster home very quickly and his sweet personality is coming out more and more each day. He is very smart and learns very quickly. He already knows basic commands like sit, stay and come, and he patiently waits after a walk to wipe his paws. He also learned how to behave on a leash during the walk and he doesn’t pull, unless he sees a squirrel, his arch enemy. He is very patient and respectful and will sleep in his bed while you work or do things around the house but he will always jump in your lap the minute you sit down on a sofa to curl up next to you. His favorite thing is to put his head on your chest to ask for some affection.
Although he is small and cuddly and has no problem staying indoors, he really enjoys long walks, so he can be perfect hiking partner.
This cute boy is still a bit scared of strangers, especially when they come to his home, and needs time to warm up but he is getting better every day. Although he lived in a home with 2 other dogs, he can react badly with dogs he meets on his walk. But familiarity can make him friends. .
Morrison has some separation anxiety and will bark and whine when left alone. He would be happiest with someone who is at home most of the time, or with someone who is willing to work with him on overcoming this problem.Being the second dog in a home may help him work through his separation anxiety
This little lovebug is super affectionate and full of love and is ready to curl up next to his forever person.
