Elmer is a cool dude  He was picked up as a stray in southwest Virginia. If you look closely you can see the wounds where he has been attacked by another dog or animal. Despite this, Elmer is great with other dogs and only wants to play. He's been enjoying time playing with Rose and Sassy.  
He’s GREAT on a leash. For being a terrier mix he is very slow and chill.  Also is incredibly affectionate and is a good sitter.
