Doe

Doe is a sweetheart. She does great with other dogs, except our Benny who was rude to her. They're coming to terms now. She was initially a bit shy, but who wouldn't be? She'd found herself in the shelter, then was transported to someplace new with a bunch of strangers. But she quickly warmed up and now expects belly rubs 24/7. The shelter described her as a "kinda lazy dog".

Doe is learning to walk on a leash and doing much better.

Doe came to us from a rural shelter in southwestern Virginia. Doe had been picked up on the side of the road. She's a lucky girl. to have been picked up in time.
