Gender: Female

Birth date: 04/2020

Needs feline companion: Yes

SPRINKLES is young and spunky, cute and cuddly, and at the perfect age to adapt to a new home environment. She is fostered with her brothers, Cheeto and Gingersnap (see photos here and separate write up for Cheeto and Gingersnap). Like her brothers, Sprinkles loves people and other cats. She needs to be adopted either as a trio with her brothers, with another SPCA kitten (if one is available), or into a home with a young female cat.

Sprinkles is the most independent of her siblings and is the joker of the trio. She likes to sneak up on her brothers and pounce on them while they’re sleeping to let them know she’s ready to play. Sprinkles loves to have "conversations," and uses her chirping meow to engage and communicate.

Sprinkles needs a loving and active forever home where she gets plenty of attention, and has space to explore and run around. She has not been around children, but given her friendly personality, she would probably do fine with a cat-savvy older child. She was rescued from outdoors, along with her brothers, Cheeto and Gingersnap, when she was a tiny kitten.

PLEASE NOTE: We ONLY adopt to residents of the Washington metropolitan area, which includes Washington, D.C. and parts of Northern Virginia and Maryland.
