Description:

S'MORES AND SMOKEY are adorable, moderately-active sisters. They like to follow their foster family around and play with any cat toy you have handy. Like most kittens, they sometimes enjoy being picked up, but are just as eager to get down and explore. They get along fabulously with the cat-saavy children in their foster home and their friends. S'Mores and Smokey make a good pair and need to be adopted together.

S'MORES (black/white/orange medium-haired calico) is a sweet little girl with an independent streak. She loves to lay on her back and get snuggles and belly rubs. She also enjoys doing her own thing and joining her sister and foster family when she wants interactive play. She also doesn't shy away from a good tumble with her sister, and she asks for attention from her foster family. S'Mores is also a daddy's girl – she bonded very quickly with her new foster dad. Very cute!

SMOKEY (light gray/white tabby, short-haired) is such a lovable and sweet girl. She was initially much smaller and shyer than her sisters, but she caught up to them in size and has developed a lot of confidence. She is now always ready to join the action – whatever that might be! Smokey loves to play and almost always stays close to her sister, S'Mores. She loves toys that move and make noise and likes to chase after them. She is such a sweetheart!

The girls need a quiet to moderately active home. An adult home or a home with an older child or two who are use to being around cats and kittens would be fine. No young children or babies down the road. S’mores and Smokey came into SPCA’s care along with her mom, Juliette, and 3 other siblings (Ashes (adopted) and Cookie/Whistle – posted separately).

PLEASE NOTE: We ONLY adopt to residents of the Washington metropolitan area, which includes Washington, D.C. and parts of Northern Virginia and Maryland.
