Description:

Sassy and Raven's Personalities

These sisters are sweet, friendly, well-adjusted kittens. They may not be as bold as their brothers, Wesley and Wrangler (adoption pending), but they are as curious and playful as they are. And like their brothers, they are amazingly well-behaved! Their foster mom has trained them to use scratching posts made of sisal and cardboard. Sassy and Raven are bonded and must be adopted together.

RAVEN (black) is the smallest in the litter. "Little Raven" is very curious and loves to try new things first in her foster home. However, unlike her siblings, she is quite shy with new people. Raven has become patiently observant about things around her. She will need a little time to adapt to new people, but once she does, she will be your loving companion. Raven is very playful and likes to steal the resident cat's purple bat toy to drag around – even though the toy is half her size! This sweet girl loves to be picked up and held for cuddles and has the sweetest personality and meow.

SASSY (black and orange tortoiseshell) is true to her name and while she has some of that torti sass, she is also very sweet. She is a tad bit more independent than her siblings and has tons of energy. Sassy loves to wrestle with her siblings and makes the cutest trilling sounds when happily playing with her toys and tearing through paper packaging and cardboard boxes! Like her brother, Wesley, she carries plush toys around in her mouth, growling to warn her siblings to stay away from her prey. Sassy is so adorable and always ready to play.

What Type of Home They Need

Sassy and Raven need a quieter home where they have plenty of time to adapt and have opportunities to interact with people. They will do best with a couple who can continue to widen their experiences with new things and new people. A family with an older child (about 12 years or older) would be fine as long as the child has experience with cats an understands that Raven will initially be shy. They have learned to respect the spirited adult cat in their foster home and steer clear of her when she wants to be left alone!

Where They Came From

These girls were rescued from outdoors when they were young kittens, along with their two brothers, Wesley and Wrangler (posted separately). They adapted quickly to living indoors and are happy, well-adjusted kittens.
