SPRING IS HERE AND WITH IT COMES KITTEN SEASON!
Our foster care program is one of great importance since in the spring and summer months we are inundated with kittens. By becoming a foster parent, you are giving an animal that second chance. It is an emotionally rewarding volunteer opportunity. In order to become a part of the foster care program, interested persons must Complete a Cat Foster Application
If you're not sure you have room for more pets in the long term, consider providing a foster home for a cat or kittens during kitten season!

We also need foster homes for dogs. We need you to help us teach them how to be good family members! Please call us at 703-799-9390 if you can foster a dog. |
The SPCA sponsors two court appointed humane investigators
to investigate cruelty/neglect reports.
