PetFest America - January 19, 2003

The SPCA of Northern Virginia participated in the first PetFest America, held at the MCI Center.  Our thanks to CompUSA, who contributed a $250 Gift Card to be raffled off to benefit the SPCA.  We asked Bill the Border Collie, one of the Superdogs featured at PetFest, to draw the winning raffle ticket.
